Tyler Mcnair,11, the son of the late Steve McNair, hung out with Tennessee Titans quarterback Vince Young after the Titans defeated the Buffalo Bills 41-17 a few days ago. Last month, Tyler,(L), his brother Trenton,6,(C) and their mom Mechelle were "honorary captains" for the home opener of the Texans vs. Titans game in September. Former Titans quarterback Steve McNair was murdered on July 4, 2009.  

*The widow of retired NFL player Steve McNair has been cleared to sell the Nashville restaurant opened by her late husband shortly before he was shot and killed by his mistress. Probate Court Judge Randy Kennedy this week authorized Mechelle McNair to sell Gridiron9 to a potential buyer that has come forward, reports the Associated Press. The judge denied an appeal by one of Steve McNair's business partners.  

A judge has granted a request to sell former NFL quarterback Steve McNair's membership interest in a restaurant company. McNair and two partners — his cousin Raymond White and friend Robert Gaddy — opened Gridiron9 under Gridiron9 LLC in late June, just 10 days before McNair was murdered. Probate Judge Randy Kennedy issued an order Monday saying the estate was free to sell McNair's interest in the restaurant to a third party.  

The restaurant that became the site of a makeshift memorial for Steve McNair in the days following his death will now be sold. A probate judge authorized McNair's widow Mechelle to sell Gridiron 9, which is the restaurant Steve opened just days before his death. The judge denied an appeal by one of Steve's business partners.

Probate Court Judge Randy Kennedy this week cleared the sale of Gridiron9 by Mechelle McNair, administrator of the ex-player's estate. According to court records, a potential buyer has come forward.

The property managers of a West-End Condo have dropped their claim against the estate of slain former Titan, Steve McNair. McNair was a co-signer for the condo on Parthenon Avenue with his cousin, Raymond White. McNair's widow, Michele McNair, contested the claim.
